FREE Shipping and Charges

Dermalogica Malaysia offers free shipping throughout Malaysia for online purchases worth RM200 or above.

Shipping charges for orders worth below RM200 are as follows:


  • West Malaysia: RM15

  • East Malaysia: RM25

Dermalogica Malaysia offers free shipping to Brunei for online purchases worth RM500 or above.

Shipping charges for orders worth below RM500 are as follows:

Important notice on customs fees, duties or taxes to Brunei

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (vats). if assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. We will also include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for customs declaration.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders will deliver by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays.



Delivery Process and lead time

1. Delivery will take up to 3-7 business days from date of purchase.

2. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.



Order tracking and delivery status

1. Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your local orders via the LOCAL ORDER HERE - GDEX. And order to Brunei track HERE - DHL.

2. In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc.
