Eligibility

This campaign is organized by Dermal Esthetica Sdn Bhd, and is open to all Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residence only.

Submission of Entries / How to participate
• Participants can participate via SMS or Register through www.dermalogica.com.my.
• Participants are required to submit their entries via the website or SMS. The unique code “demy” must be included in the SMS.

  • The SMS entry is to be sent to 39993
  • Each SMS sent shall be charged RM0.50 on top of the SMS cost charged by the respective service providers. Participants who choose to enter the contest need to possess their own registered hand phone or mobile device number with a valid service provider which includes an SMS service.
  • Each mobile number is valid only for one (1) entry.
  • Each person is entitled to submit one (1) entry only whether it is through SMS or Website.
• Deadline for entries is Wednesday, 31st August 2011.
• Incomplete entries shall be disqualified automatically without any notification.
• Our computer system will generate the winner list.
• Selected participants will have to answer a question when our customer service team contacts you for notification in order to win the prize.
• DESB reserves the right to withdraw the reward in the event that the winners do not comply with the campaign rules and regulation.
• DESB has the absolute discretion to reject or disqualify an entry without giving any reason whatsoever to any participants or any other party.
• Winners shall be notified via phone, SMS or any other means of communication. DESB shall not be held liable in the event that winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
• DESB shall not be liable in any way with regards to the quality and the suitability of the offered prizes.
• When claiming the prize, the following conditions are to be followed; the winner is required to present themselves and show the selected centre head his/her NRIC for verification. DESB is entitled to reject the winner’s claim to the prize if the participant does not agree to this condition.
